Sauvignon Blanc 2010
A crisp fresh wine with subtle wafts of tropical fruit, citrus and melon with hints of minerality. A refreshing wine that enhances all the senses, especially in summer. A well balanced wine with a soft mouth feel and silky texture, showing complexity and a long clean finish.

| Vinification |
Grapes are cooled down over night before crushing. Five to six hour skin contact before pressing and worked on reductively. Vin 7 yeast used and cold fermentation employed. Wine has been on lees until filtration (four and half months). |
